SMK-Cigarettes

It's chilling to think about not only how smokers poison themselves, but what others are exposed to by breathing in the secondhand smoke. Smoking is estimated to account for the number one cause of lung cancer cases nation wide. It affects the lives of millions across the world, Men, woman and even children who sometimes adopt the habit because of peer pressure or they have been exposed to it during there up bringing in today society.
I wish the corporations would widely acknowledge that there are approximately sixty cancer causing agents in cigarettes although most of them are not required too.The process of blending the tobacco is where the companies make their money. When blending cigarettes they go as far as to add toxic additives. So far you can find a list of about 599 additional additives in cigarettes.
Tobacco is made really easily and cheap by the global corporations.  Most of the attention by the global corporation who promote cigarettes expands from china to Asia and are not advertised for there knowledge on the matter. It’s a global market controlled by the government. When making cigarettes today it’s a simple step with today’s technology and machinery. The items consist of four vital necessities. Finely cut tobacco, blend paper, PVC glue to hold it together and the cigarette butt. The leaves that most major corporations use are that of the leaves of flue-cured bright leaf, burley tobacco, and oriental tobacco. The paper that is used has a slow burn rate because it contains application of different forms of microcrystalline cellulose to the paper.
When tobacco is produced extra ingredients that they add to their batch can contain over one hundred ingredients and toxins. So why is it so addictive? It is because it produces pleasurable sensations but also causes anxiety and cravings when they are withheld the nicotine.
So since nicotine is absorbed directly into the bloodstream the brain receives an almost instant dose with every puff of cigarette. Nicotine primarily affects the mid-brain the part of the brain that controls moods and emotions.  Smoking especially cigarettes will lead to lung cancer it’s evident in the amount of cases here in the United States. Cancer was the first disease to be linked to smoking, and lung cancer is still the leading cause of cancer deaths because lung cancer usually is diagnosed in a later stage, the primary cancer may have already spread to the other lung or other parts of the body.
Knowing just the facts that so many chemicals are created when burning a cigarette, why do those who are smokers continue to ignore the facts? That might be because nicotine primarily target area affects the mid-brain that is the part of the brain that controls moods and emotions. The effects of nicotine are noticed immediately in the body.
People who are addicted to smoking must take heart and acknowledge the side effects and the toxins that travel in and out there body. When smoking, cigarettes, try to quit. When your stress out try not to reach for a cigarette. You have to overcome both the physical addiction to nicotine and the association that you have made thought your life between smoking and the pleasurable sensations that arrives afterwards.
But the one true way to avoid the effects of cigarette is to just quit. It will lead to a healthy life style and greatly reduce you chance of cancer. You can calm down the negative feelings or cravings that you have. Some alternative to try include using a patch or chewing gum some say cold turkey works also. Although some definitely find it more difficult than others, smokers are the ones who need to understand, that they have the will power to stop and their motivations for quitting will carry them further to a successful goal.  .
